Foothills Gymnastics offers a memorable, fun party experience for all ages. We offer 2 party packages and let you choose from 6 group activities for a customized party
Package A -$180 – 12 children & up to 20 adults, 1 party room, 2 hours to include either: 75 min. gym – 45 min. party room or 90 min. gym – 30 min. party room Additional children $6 per child; 18 children max. (Please note that our party room will only accommodate a maximum of 20 adult guests)
Package B – $215 – 12 children & up to 40 adults 2 party rooms 2 hours to include either: 75 min. gym – 45 min. party room or 90 min. gym – 30 hour party room. Additional children $6 per child. We can accommodate up to 30 children and 40 adults with this package.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Below are a list of questions that you may have. Please read carefully so you will be aware of a new policy changes. If you have any other questions or would like to book a party time, please call the gym.
What does Foothills Gymnastics provide? We provide our facility which includes a 30′ trampoline, another small trampoline, bars, beams, obstacle courses, a variety of fun shaped mats, a rope and rings for swinging, an 18′ inflatable slide and many other fun activities for party guest 12 years and under. Class supplies that are kept in our storage closet is strictly off limits. We also provide you with a party room which includes plenty of counter space, large tables, refrigerator and sink. We provide a variety of age appropriate party music. If your child has a special CD that they’d like to bring, we will be happy to play that for them.
What should I expect my party hostess to do? Your Party Hostess which will help set up your party room & table, set up the gym, go over all the gym rules with your guests, organize and lead party activities, help serve children (adults may serve themselves) , clean up & pack up your left over party supplies, & keep your party running in a smooth, timely manner. Your child and their guests’ safety is our first priority. So, please understand that it is our hostess’ duty to see that all guests are strictly following the gym rules.
What is the Party Schedule? The first 15 minutes, children will be allowed to play on certain gym equipment, while you wait on all of your guests to arrive. After the first 15 minutes, the party hostess will lead one of the group activities with the children. She will then go over all the gym rules with all the guests. At that time the slide will be blown up and children will be allowed to to have open play followed by 2 more activities of your choice. At the end of your gym time, your guests will be taken into the party room for refreshments. Guests WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO BACK INTO THE GYM. After refreshments, the birthday child will open gifts, while your party hostess starts cleaning and packing up your left over party supplies. All parties must follow this schedule. Parties are booked either back to back or on a staggered schedule, depending on the time of year. Please be considerate to the party coming in after yours. All party guests and your belongings must be out of the party room and the gym at your scheduled ending time. Parties cannot run over. Parties that take up more time than allotted, will be charged an additional $2 for every minute past your parties scheduled ending time.
What do I need to bring? You will need to provide all of your paper products, which include, cups, plates, napkins, table cloth, forks/spoons, etc. Bring any food or refreshments that you’d like and don’t forget the utensils, candles & matches. Each party room is festively painted and has a birthday banner, so no decorations are needed unless you’d like to bring balloons. No crepe paper, confetti, silly string or pinatas please.
What time should I arrive for the party? Your party room will not be available until 15 minutes before your party starts. Please wait in the lobby until your hostess comes and gets you.
What do the party participants need to wear? They need to wear leotards, shorts or gym pants and t-shirts. Nothing with zippers, snaps, or buckles please. No shoes or socks. No jewelry. Adults, no shoes on our gym floor please.
Who is considered a participant? Anyone who comes on the floor and plays. Because our equipment is set up for younger children, no one over the age of 12 is allowed to be on any piece of equipment at any time. Children under the age of 2 years old are free. Because of limited space in the party room, the number of adults attending the party is limited to the numbers listed above. Adults should not be on the gym floor, and should sit in the lobby, unless assisting small children. Children 3 years and younger need an adult with them at all times.
What days and times do you do parties? Parties are scheduled for all day Saturday Contact the gym for available party times.
What do I need to do to book a party time? Just call the gym to see if the day and time you need are available. Please call several weeks in advance, because party times book up fast. We require a $100, non refundable deposit and a signed Birthday Party Agreement, which is due within 48 hours from the time you make your reservation. If deposit is not made within the 48 hours, your party reservation will be cancelled. Party time cannot be transferred. This will result in the direct loss of your party deposit. Cash payment for remaining balance is due the day of your party. We do not accept checks for party payments unless your child is currently enrolled in classes. We do however, accept credit, debit or cash.
Is there anything else I need to know? We have a list of gym rules that you and your guests need to read and implement. We also require each parent or guardian of each child to sign a release in before their child is allowed in the gym area. Our parties and gym equipment are set up for young children. Absolutely no one over the age of 12 is allowed on the equipment at any time. This facility is privately owned and your respect and consideration is required in the use of our facility, equipment and to our staff. If party guests, do not follow the gym rules, it could result in making certain gym equipment unavailable, or in a worse case the guest may be asked to leave. You are liable for any damages that your guest may cause, in the misuse of our facility and its contents. If your party is disrespectful to our employees or to our property, disregards our rules, or if we receive a bad check for payment, you will not be allowed to book a party at our facility in the future. It is not our policy to give refunds due to circumstances beyond our control. Please call us if you have any other questions.
