ART PROJECT PARTIES.

Studio Rental: $400.00 + tax for up to 10 kids. $18 for each additional child. Follow capacity limitations (see below).
No more than 30-35 people can be in our studio at any given time. This number includes both kids and adults.

Suggested party times:
Saturdays: 11:00 – 12:30, 1:00 – 2:30, or 3:30 – 5:00
Sundays: 1:00 – 2:30 or 3:00 – 4:30
After school Tuesday – Friday: 3:30 – 5:00
ADD-ON POSSIBILITIES:
Have Memphis Pizza Cafe pizza delivered right to your party.
Cupcakes and cake available through 17 Berkshire. 10% discount available to Art Project customers!
MemPops – we sell the mini-pops. Flavors: strawberry lemonade, vanilla and fudge. $2/pop. Make sure to give us 2 weeks notice to make sure we have enough in stock!
Canvases for each kid to paint on and take home ($3/each for 12” x 12”)
Provide an instructor to teach a particular class/workshop – price varies depending on class
Creation of custom invitations/thank you notes – more info here
and/or party favors or tags for party favors.
Custom tags – $1/each, you can even use your child’s artwork!
Custom tags tied to a small box of crayons with a ribbon are $3/each.
Custom made tubs of Art Project Dough with tags are $4.00/each.
Mini canvases with paint and a custom tag are $4.99/each.
We’re happy to work with you for additional options!
INCLUDED IN PRICE FOR BOTH:
Coordination with you/your child on what particular medium/s or themes your child would like. Easels are always open for painting. We usually do 2-3 additional customized crafts depending on the child’s interests & age
Each child will be able to produce a piece of art to take home with them.
Two dedicated staff members to assist.
Parties last for 1.5 hours.
Parents are free of charge; babies who do not participate are free of charge
Refrigerator and freezer access (both are small)
and… We’ll clean it up!
PLEASE BRING:
Plates, utensils, cups, napkins, cake/cupcakes/ice cream, drinks, cake knife, ice cream scoop, serving utensils and decorations.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
All kids and adults are required to wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer upon entry of space.
Adequate parental supervision required
Have children dress to get messy (aprons will be provided for use while on-site). The Art Project is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing

Decorations are not needed, but if you’d like to bring, balloons for the middle of the Scribble Space table always look nice. Any decorations brought in need to be able to be setup/taken down in 10-15 minutes!
Your child’s name + Happy Birthday will be written on the chalkboard.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required at time of booking. This fee will be applied towards the total bill of your party.
Beer may be purchased through the Art Project. Wine/Champagne may be brought in for a $5 corkage fee per bottle opened. Wine glasses are available for use. No liquor may be consumed.
